From 27th September – 1st October 2024 a group of Straumann customers and staff will take part in this challenging event. We will cycle for 5 days, 100 miles a day, from the Top to the Toe of Portugal, starting in Chaves and finishing by the sea in the beautiful Albufeira.

This exciting event is not just about cycling; its an opportunity for us to come together as a community and make a positive impact on the lives of those in need.

The funds raised during this event will go directly to Dentaid. By supporting our event, you’ll be contributing to helping Dentaid purchase a new mobile dental unit so they can visit more communities across the UK.

Dentaid The Dental Charity provides dental care and oral health advice for people experiencing homelessness and other under-served communities. Their mobile dental units travel the UK providing outreach dental clinics for people who struggle to access treatment.

Overseas, Dentaid supports its dental partners by providing portable equipment, funding outreach projects and supporting oral health programmes in communities where access to dental care very limited. In Uganda Dentaid work with a team of public dental health officers who they support in the delivery of charitable outreach care in the poorest and most remote locations.
