We are happy to welcome patients for planned visits, so they can get comfortable with the environment in which the treatments take place. Our dentists will also ensure every step of a treatment is explained, allowing patients to ask questions in an attempt to alleviate any anxiety. Many patients also find it beneficial to bring headphones and listen to music during treatments, whilst others practice calming techniques such as breathing exercises.
