Team Bonding & Brain Games: Hermitage Dental Takes on the Escape Room!

Over the early Spring Bank Holiday weekend, the Hermitage Dental Practice team stepped out of the clinic and into an adventure — taking on the ultimate brain-teasing challenge: an escape room!

We’re proud to say we escaped with our dignity (and teamwork) intact! After cracking codes and solving puzzles under pressure, we celebrated with plenty of laughter, great food, and even better company.

At Hermitage Dental, we believe in taking time to connect outside of work. Every three months, we plan team outings to celebrate our wins, recharge, and strengthen the bonds that make us such a cohesive and supportive team. Whether it’s navigating an escape room or just sharing a meal, these moments remind us of the importance of collaboration — not just in the workplace, but in life.
